EPR Spectrum of bis(benzonitrile)chromium anion-radical

On the basis of the EPR spectra it was shown that in the bis(benzonitrile)chromium anion-radical the unpaired electron occupies an unoccupied orbital that is predominantly represented by the π orbital of the ligand.
