Investigation of cocrystallization of diamond and graphite from the gas phase

Conclusions

A procedure was developed for separate determination of the rates of growth of diamond and graphite during their cocrystallization on diamond seed powders during thermal decomposition of methane, using the Kolmogorov theory for the change in the electric conductivity of the powder layer during growth.
