Conclusions
In contrast to the unfluorinated anilides, the trifluoro- and trichloroacetyl derivatives of pentafluoroaniline form trichlorophosphazopentafluorobenzene when treated with PCl5. The same compound was obtained by the reaction of pentafluoroaniline with PCl5.
