13C NMR spectra of substituted cyclopropanes 4. 1-alkoxy-2-chloro- and 1-alkoxy-2,2-dichlorocyclopropanes

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The chlorosubstituted cyclopropyl ethers have been studied through13C NMR spectra and their configurations established.

  2. 2.

    The13C chemical shifts in the three-membered ring have been correlated with the steric characteristics of the alkoxy substituents.
