XX. Synthesis of N-Substituted derivatives of 2,3,3a,8a-tetrahydrofuro[2,3-b]indole

Abstract

N-Substituted derivatives of 3a,8a-dimethyl-2,3,3a,8a-tetrahydrofuro[2,3-b]indole were synthesized by the reaction ofα-substituted arylhydrazine salts with 3-methylpentan-4-on-1-ol by heating the components in dimethylformamide.
