Abstract
17 Acylalkyl derivatives of 4-aminoantipyrine (1-phenyl-2, 3-dimethyl-4-aminopyrazolone-5) are synthesized with a view to discovering antiphlogistics, febrifuges, and analgesics. The compounds were prepared by acylating 4-alkylarninoantipyrines with chlorides of substituted aromatic acids in benzene in the presence of aqueous potassium carbonate.
