Summary

  1. 1.

    The reaction of sulfur trioxide with perfluoro-2-azapropene takes place at a ratio of the reagents of 2∶1 and leads to trifluoromethyl isocyanate.

  2. 2.

    The reaction of sulfur trioxide with trifluoromethyl isocyanate takes place at the nitrogen atom and leads to N,N-di(fluorosulfonyl) carbamoyl fluoride.
