Conclusions
-
1.
Reduction temperatures for maximum yield of liquid hydrocarbons have been determined for the Co-MgO-zeolite catalysts used for hydrocarbon synthesis from CO and H2.
-
2.
The temperature of the preliminary hydrogen treatment of these catalysts determines the composition of the synthesis product, more specifically the relative yields of alkanes and isoalkanes.
