Covariant equations of the dynamics of a system of charges

Abstract

A covariant Hamiltonian formalism is constructed for particles and field oscillators in the case of parametrization of the space of events by a family of parallel hyperplanes. A perturbation theory in classical electrodynamics is formulated by means of Green's functions.
