Chromato-spectrophotometric method of determining ecdysterone in plant raw material

A chromato-spectrophotometric method is proposed for determining ecdysterone in the epigeal part of the roots ofRhaponticwn orientate andRh, integrifotium, the limit of detection of ecdysterone being 60 jig.
