Conclusions

We studied the reaction of (dialkylphosphonoalkyl)trialkoxysilanes with tris-(2-hydroxyalkyl)amines, and also the reaction of haloalkylsilatranes with trialkyl phosphites. The previously unknown 1-(O,O-dialkylphosphonoalkyl)silatranes are formed here.
