Conclusions

Quantitative data were obtained as the result of studying the kinetics of isotopic hydrogen exchange in aci medium in theσ-C6H5CH2Mo(CO)3C5H5-π andσ-C6H5CH2W(CO)3C5H5-π complexes, which characterize the CH2M(CO)3C5H5-π substituents as being powerful electron donors.
