Conclusions
-
1.
The chemiluminescence in reactions, of N-acetylethylenimine with various carbohydrates and polyols was investigated, and the influence of the structure of the carbohydrate on the chemiluminescence intensity was established.
-
2.
The reaction of ethylenimine with carbohydrates is accompanied by chemiluminescence as a result of oxidation of the glycoside carbon atom by oxygen.
-
3.
During the reaction of 2-deoxy-D-ribose with N-acetylethylenimine, H2O2 is formed, the kinetic characteristics of the formation of which coincide with the kinetics of chemiluminescence.
