Conclusions

  1. 1.

Tetrafluoroammonium tetrafluoroborate was produced under the action of a glow discharge on a mixture of NF3, BF3, and F2.

  2. 2.

The energy of Nls in NF4BF4 equal to 417.3 eV, is significantly greater than all other values of N1s, and the shift of the line N1s in NF +4 is the largest shift of an inner level of an atom in a molecule known at the present time.
