Synthesis of aromatic cyanamides

Conclusions

Some cyanamides of variable structure, which offer promise as monomers for the preparation of polycyanamides that possess heat-resistant properties, were synthesized by the reaction of cyanogen bromide with mono- and diamines, and their properties were studied.
