Conclusions
-
1.
An analogy was detected in the gas Chromatographic behavior of heterocyclic sulfur- and oxygencontaining compounds, which can be used to establish the structure of organosulfur compounds.
-
2.
The effect of the character of the heteroatom on the retention indices of three-, five-, and six-membered rings was discussed, and also the effect of the degree of shielding of the thia and oxa groups by substituents on columns packed with Apiezon M, Triton X-305 or polyethylene glycol-1000.
