Conclusions
-
1.
The coefficients of separation (α) were determined for the system cation exchange resin-Ln-iminodiacetic acid. The dependence of the values ofα on the iminodiacetic acid concentration and pH was investigated.
-
2.
A comparison of the values ofα exp andα theoret permits a determination of the composition of the complexes participating in the ion exchange process.
-
3.
The degree of separation of mixtures of cerium REE with triiminodiaeetates (αexp=2.60) is higher than in systems with mono- and diiminodiacetates (α exp=1.15, 1.48).
