Trialkyl- and trialkoxy(trifluoroacetoxy alkyl)silanes

Conclusions

A method was developed for the synthesis of trialkyl- and trialkoxy(trifluoroacetoxyalkyl)silanes, which is based on the reaction of the corresponding iodoalkyl or bromoalkyl derivatives with silver trifluoroacetate.
