Conclusions
-
1.
Some phenoxyl radicals that are analogs of galvinoxyl and indophenoxyl were obtained and a study was made of their electronic absorption spectra. The obtained radicals do not form dimers in solutions.
-
2.
Replacement of the tert-butyl groups in galvinoxyl and indophenoxyl by phenyl groups leads to a bathochromic shift in the absorption spectrum.
-
3.
An increase in the pressure from 1 to 2500 atm leads to a bathochromic shift in the absorption spectra of solutions of the radicals.
