Some reactions ofβ-phenylaminoethyl mercaptan with tricoordinated arsenic compounds

Conclusions

Di-(β-phenylaminoethyl) phenyl dithioarsonite and 2,3-diphenyl-1,3,2-thiazarsolane were obtained by the reaction ofβ-phenylaminoethyl mercaptan with dimethyl phenyl arsonite. The latter product was also synthesized by the reaction ofβ-phenylaminoethyl mercaptan with phenyldichloroarsine in the presence of triethyl-amine.
