Conclusions
-
1.
A method was proposed for making a thermodynamic estimate of the polarity of stationary liquid phases in gas chromatography based on the values of the differential molar free energies of solution of standard compounds.
-
2.
An equation is given for calculating the energy of the dispersion and the sum of the orientation, induction, and specific interactions of the chromatographed compound with a stationary liquid phase.
