Conclusions
O-Ethyl-S-(β-alkylmercaptoethyl)cyclohexylthiophosphonates are inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase with a combinative type of action. The iodomethylates of O-ethyl-S-(β-alkylmercaptoethyl) cyclohexylthiophosphonates inhibit acetylcholinesterase irreversibly, and butyrylcholinesterase according to a combinative type of inhibition.
