1.
A synthesis of 2-hydrohexafluoropropane-2-sulfofluoride (II) is proposed based on the reaction of hexa(trifluoromethyl)cyclotrimethylene-1, 3, 5-trisulfone with potassium difluorids. The sulfofluoride obtained is a strong CH-acid.

2.
By halogenating sulfofluoride n under the conditions of alkaline solvolysis, 2-chloro- and 2-bromohexafluoropropane-2-sulfofluoride are obtained.
