Derivatives of N-α-nitroalkylhydrazines 3. Reaction of N-trinitromethylhydrazines with piperidine and pyridine

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Dinitroformaldehyde alkoxycarbonylhydrazones and pyridinium nitronate betaines were obtained for the first time.

  2. 2.

    The dinitroformaldehyde alkoxycarbonylhydrazones readily replace the nitro group by a halogen atom when treated with dry hydrogen chloride in ether or with potassium chloride in DMFA.

  3. 3.

    The ionization constants of the dinitro and chloronitroformaldehyde alkoxycarbonylhydrazones in water were determined.
