Conclusions
-
1.
In the anodic oxidation of copper, nickel, and zinc N, N-dialkyldithiocarbamates in acetonitrile on a rotating platinum electrode, polarograms of two waves were obtained. The waves in the potential interval (+ 0.35 to +1.00 V) correspond to oxidation of the initial compounds, while the waves in the interval (+1.12 to +1.52 V) correspond to oxidation of the oxidation products formed in the first process.
-
2.
The second wave in the spectrum of N,N-dialkyldithiocarbamates is not associated with oxidation of the corresponding thiuram disulfides.
-
3.
The nature of the ligand has a substantial influence on the values of the potentials of the anodic waves of copper N, N-dialkyldithiocarbamates.
-
4.
A dependence of the potentials of the anodic waves on the nature of the central metal ion in copper, nickel, and zinc, N, N-dialkyldithiocarbamates was established.
