Conclusions
-
1.
The general directions for the fragmentation of alkenyl-, alkadienyl-, and cycloalkenylsilanes were established, as well as an elucidation of the relations that exist between the contribution made by the various paths and the nature of the substituents on the silicon atom.
-
2.
The mutual arrangement of the double bonds in alkadienylsilanes can be determined on the basis of the mass spectrometry data.
