Conclusions
-
1.
The anticholinesterase activity of some S-alkyl diphenylthiophosphinates toward butyrylcholinesterase was studied, and it was found that these inhibitors have a combined type of action.
-
2.
Depending on the structure of the alkyl groups, the studied compounds can exhibit a selective action toward various types of cholinesterases.
