Conclusions
-
1.
A number of S-alkyl diphenylthiophosphinates was synthesized and their inhibiting activity toward acetytcholinesterase was studied.
-
2.
The obtained compounds are capable of both reversible and irreversible inhibition of the catalytic activity of acetylcholinesterase.
