Conclusions

  1. 1.

The adsorption of GeCl4 on amorphous boron was studied chromatographically. The adsorption has a physical character in the range 50–210°.

  2. 2.

Adsorption is practically absent in the range 210–480°, while the irreversible sorption of GeCl4 on a boron surface begins above 480°.
