The geometrical structures of phosphorus-containing heterocycles 18. 2-Phenoxy-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinanes

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Dipole moments and polarizability ellipsoids have been determined for the phosphorus bonds in 2-phenoxy-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinanes.

  2. 2.

    It has been shown that the phenoxy groups in these compounds have cis-axial orientation, the plane of the benzene ring standing at right angles to the P-O-CAr bond plane.
