Conclusions

  1. 1.

On the basis of comparing the curves expressing the function: degree of formation of complexes vs acidity of solution, with the results of the statistical processing of the titration curves it must be considered as established that the mono- and diaquo complexes of platinum, APtX4H2OOH and PtX4(H2O2)2, where A = NH4, K, and X = Cl, Br, I, NO2, NO3, are formed in acid medium.

  2. 2.

A variation of the standard statistical method was developed which permits using it for the results of the potentiometric determination of the acid dissociation constants of strong acids.
