Oxidation of nitroxyl radicals by xenon difluoride

Conclusions

Oxoammonium fluorides have been prepared for the first time by oxidizing nitroxyl radicals with xenon fluoride. Nitroso compounds are formed in the oxidation of piperidinoxyl radicals.
