Conclusions
-
1.
A study was made of the reaction of N-vinylindole with alkyl halides, halohydrins, chloranil, organylhalostannanes, and organylhalosilanes.
-
2.
The IR, UV, and EPR spectra confirm the formation of polymeric charge-transfer complexes from poly(vinylindole) and the molecules of organic electron acceptors.
