New method for synthesis of carbalkoxyalkylamidodialkyl phosphates

Conclusions

A method is proposed for the preparation of N-phosphorylated aminoacid derivatives by reaction between dialkyl phosphites and aminoacid esters in the presence of carbon tetrachloride.
