Anticholinesterase properties of O,O-diisopropyl S-(β-N,N-arylmethylaminoethyl) thiophosphates and their methiodides

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The anticholinesterase activity of some O,O-diisopropyl S-(β-N,N-arylmethylaminoethyl) thiophosphates and their methiodides was studied toward the acetylcholinesterase of human blood erythrocytes and toward the butyrylcholinesterase of horse blood serum.

  2. 2.

    The studied compounds exhibit selectivity toward butyrylcholinesterase.
