Conclusions

The cooligomerization of trans-piperylene with C2H4 in the presence of NiCl2·[P(C4H9)3]2 and (C4H9)2AlCl gave the new cooligomers, 3-methyl-2,4-hexadiene and 3-methyl-3,7-octadiene.
