Conclusions
-
1.
The Chromatographie method was used to determine the adsorption isotherms of aqueous solutions of four nitroalkanes on graphite at 293, 308, and 323°K, and the thermo-dynamic parameters of the adsorbability were calculated.
-
2.
On an unoxidized graphite surface the standard change in the enthalpy of adsorption increases with increase in the chain length of the molecule, and decreases on an oxidized surface.
