Conclusions
-
1.
A convenient method was developed for obtaining the pure cis-3- and trans-4-aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acids.
-
2.
The configurational isomerization of cis-4-aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acid to trans-4-aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acid was accomplished in high yield.
