Ethynyl-substituted fluoro- and bromosilanes

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The ethynyl-substituted dimethylfluoro-, methyldifluoro-, methylvinylfluoro-, and diethylfluorosilanes were synthesized for the first time by the reaction of ethynylalkoxysilanes with hydrofluoric acid, and also ethynyldimethylbromosilane from ethynyldimethylmethoxysilane and acetyl bromide.

  2. 2.

    Some polysilylacetylenic compounds and alkylethynylallylsilanes were obtained from alkylethynylhalosilanes by the organomagnesium synthesis.

  3. 3.

    Ethynyldimethylpiperidinosilane was obtained by the reaction of ethynyldimethylbromosilane with piperidine.

  4. 4.

    trans-1-Dimethylfluorosilyl-2-trichlorosilylethylene was synthesized by the addition of trichlorosilane to ethynyldimethylfluorosilane.
