Conclusions

An inhibitor of acid proteinases was synthesized, which was immobilized on silanized Silochrome.

It was shown that the nonspecific adsorption of proteins on silanized Silochrome in acid medium is reversible.

It was verified that the inhibitor diazoacetylnorleucine, which is attached to the silanized Silochrome, is capable of irreversibly binding pepsin in acid medium and cleaving it in alkaline medium.
