Conclusions

  1. 1.

In dinucleoside phosphates NpN′ and dinucleotides pNpN′, which contain cytidine residue in combination with uridine and adenosine residues, the extent to which the cytidine is acylated by alaniae trifluoroacetate imidazolide depends on the composition of the oligonucleotide and the position of the cytidine residue in it.

  2. 2.

In the dinucleotides pNpN′ the presence of a 5′-phosphate causes an increase in the degree of acylating the 2′-hydroxyl of the 5′-phosphorylated residue of the nucleoside when compared with the corresponding dinucleoside phosphates.
