Conclusions
The NQR-35Cl spectra of a series ofβ,β-dichlorovinylketones exhibit a linear dependence of the NQR-35Cl frequencies on theσ-parameters of the substituents. The behavior of the NQR frequencies of the halogens is significantly influenced by the conformation of the C12C=CHCOR molecule.
