Summary

  1. 1.

    The reactions of vinyl menthyl ether with water, hydrogen chloride, and butyl mercaptan and also the polymerization of the ether were studied.

  2. 2.

    Vinyl menthyl ether is a very reactive substance, but some of its addition products are thermally unstable.
