Conclusions

    The telomerization of ethylene with propionic acid, methyl propionate, and acetoacetic ester has been studied.

  2. 2.

    The rearrangement of the intermediate radicals of type (I, R=CH3CO) goes to a greater extent than for (I, R=CH3).
