Beim Versuch, wasserfreie Phosphate herzustellen, welche aus P2O5 und Metallchloriden nicht erhalten werden können, wurden durch Umsetzung der Chloride mit Alkylphosphate ZinnIV-dichlordialkylphosphate, FeIII-dimethylphosphat und CuII-dimethylphosphat gewonnen
