Zusammenfassung

Es wurde die Menge des Malondialdehyds, die bei der Bestrahlung einer 1proz. wäßr. Glucoselösung bei Ab- und Anwesenheit von O2 und verschiedenen pH-Werten entsteht, bestimmt und ein Reaktionsschema für seine Bildung vorgeschlagen.

Abstract

The malondialdehyde content of a 1% aqueous glucose solution irradiated in the presence and absence of oxygen and at various pH values has been estimated. From the data obtained a reaction scheme for the formation of malondialdehyde has been proposed.
