Zusammenfassung

3-Hydrazinobenzisothiazol-1,1-dioxid kondensiert sich mit 5-Nitrofurfurol, 5-(p-Nitrophenyl)furfurol und Chinonmonoguanylhydrazon zu potentiell chemotherapeutisch interessanten Hydrazonen, die die als aktiv bekannte =N−N−C=N-Gruppierung zeigen.

Abstract

Hydrazones of potential chemotherapeutic interest showing the =N−N−C=N-group known to be active were obtained by condensing 3-hydrazinobenzisothiazole-1,1-dioxide with 5-nitrofurfural, 5-(p-nitrophenyl)furfural and quinone monoguanyl-hydrazone.
