The perchlorate ion as coordinating ligand in crystalline solvates of Ca(II) and Ni(II)

Abstract

Solvates of Ni(II) and Co(II) are prepared from perchlorate solutions in acetic anhydride, methyl acetate and acetone. Analytical, spectrophotometric and IR-spectrographic results indicate in several cases the coordination of the perchlorate group in the inner coordination sphere.
