Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Neutron diffraction indicates that Ti 4+ and Zn 2+ take up the 12k, 4f 2, and 2a positions.

  2. 2.

    The saturation magnetization in type M crystals varies only slightly within the substitution limits used for Ti 4+ and Zn 2+, whereas K i alters substantially.
