Kinetics of the hydrolysis of tri- and diethyl phosphite

Conclusions

We have studied the kinetics of the hydrolysis of triethyl phosphite in water and dilute KOH, and of the hydrolysis of diethyl phosphite in water and dilute HCl. The temperature dependences of the velocity constants have been determined.
